the valet service impressed me greatly. sanny, rajim, vinoth, and nagaraj were all courteous and efficient. they handled my car carefully. their service made my arrival stress-free. the resort has excellent food options. the staff are also very accommodating to those with food allergies.
the pool area shows slight wear, especially some grout within the pool itself.

The latest recipe buffet offers a wide selection of options. i saw omelettes, eggs, continental items, yogurts, and fruit. various juices were also available, like apple, watermelon, and orange, along with latte and cappuccino options. Breakfast service was very good.

poor cleanlinesslimited food variety
The overall cleanliness of the facilities fell short , dry leaves scattered the hotel , and debris floated in the cloudy waterpark pools. the food variety disappointed . The breakfast and dinner menus remained almost the same throughout my week-long stay. even basic amenities , such as toothbrushes and toothpaste , were absent.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. It was adequately clean.
The check-in process was disorganized and slow. I waited almost an hour despite having a reservation.. staff seemed overwhelmed. They did not provide clear information about the resort's amenities.

The resort has many pools with ample sunbeds. There was good shade available. the waterpark was a hit. it was acceptable.
The wooden baby cot was smaller than standard. This made it difficult for my baby, who kept bumping into the sides while sleeping. no real alternative was offered, just extra padding that did not help. They wanted to charge extra for a single bed.

i found vinoth anthony's service to be great. he welcomed me gracefully. the rooms were very clean. i spent most of my time at the pool it was good i did not notice time pass.

Fantastic Resort Experience

the staff were cute. Check-in was seamless and efficient (which I very much appreciated after a long journey). I spent much of my time at the lovely pool. I found it so relaxing that time just flew by and it was always very clean.
The wooden baby cot that was provided was smaller than expected. My baby kept bumping into the sides while turning in her sleep. A bigger cot would have helped.

the concierge team provided great service. The valet service was very quick and helpful for me. The doormen were friendly and always greeted me with a smile making the experience really nice.

the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The buffet included bacon and pork salamis (a rare treat). I enjoyed the variety of options. I appreciated that they offered something for everyone.
